In order to test the net plug in, I want to generate a lot of transactions. I first tried repeatedly calling eosc with a single command line such as: "eosc transfer eos inita 10" to to generate transactions, but for a given block only, only the first instance worked. Subsequent instances triggered uniqueness verification failures. So my goal here is to allow eosc to read a "script" from a file, each line treated as a command.

This will be used in a new p2p test "pump" which generates a multi-node network (all on localhost for the time being) and sends as many transactions as it can into the network.

However, given how transaction identifiers are created, a legitimate second occurrence of "eosc transfer eos inita 10" really does generate the same ID as the earlier instance. This will doom my script to failure unless I add the ability to synthesize transaction details so that no transaction is perceived to be a duplicate. for example, thread ID + a thread-specific counter of transactions created on that thread.

I think the way we've dealt with this historically is to tweak the expiration info. It's a bit kludgy, but it works.
