chore(deps): upgrade openlayers to version 10

Implemented changes

This upgrades ol to ^v10.0.0 for eox-map and all other elements that use the package. Breaking changes according to the release notes have been addressed.

Note: For eox-map, will need to create a release manually since "chores" don't automatically bump versions with release-please.
