For your consideration, the general idea here is to have a place for misc utilities and scripts for ontology manipulation. Right now, this directory contains the supporting code for #62, but could be expanded as needed (for example, scripts for automatic registration at the COR, etc.). Also, it's still pretty flat but can of course later on be organized in subdirectories as deemed convenient.

On the condition that none of these will be shipped with future releases I am +1. We will need to be vigilant of that when we ship future binaries. Nice work @carueda

It might be better us creating a sweet-tools repository, we are already going to be supporting a 'sweet alignments' (or some similar named) repository, so it is perfectly acceptable @carueda thanks. You should have permissions to create a new repository.
