Done, except the actual number of records does not exactly match the numbers in the production server.

For the Federal Marine Cadastre source, how about changing the first URL from csc.noaa.gov to
http://www.marinecadastre.gov

Ok, fixed the Marine Cadastre Link.

Not sure why numbers on Dev do not match production - I think this is something @fishytodd can resolve separate from the actual push of the portal pages, so it should not hold us up.
