NeuroMeasure v4.5

Final version of the NeuroMeasure application as officially release by the human brain mapping senior design team from the discontinued private repository. Compiled source code for both mac and windows. The windows version does not include the matlab runtime while the mac version does (hence the difference in file sizes), which means internet connection is required for windows download.
