[STANDALONE] FiveM developer helper script for object place

Functions:
- Tables and different object visual placement
- Object list in config file
- Player follow object movement
- Fast and slow rotation for fine heading settings
- Copy object position data to clipboard
- 'eco_placement:moveObject' -> trigger can be used to transfer the object to be moved from other scripts
USE:
- /place to start/stop
- E: object switch
- X: lock object position temporarily (you can walk around)
- RIGHT CLICK: place object to front of player
- MOUSE SCROLL: rotation
- MOUSE SCROLL + SHIFT: fast rotation
- MOUSE SCROLL DOWN: copy position to clipboard
