Minor update

Changes

• Changed armor hotswap with Inventory Control Tweaks (see here for examples). One major thing to know is that in your inventory, shift clicking food will go to your offhand if it is empty. Very useful.
• ctrl g no longer works to edit title screen
• Titlebar is changed to Limatus 1.16.5
• Loading screen fades to title screen
• Removed Fabric references in title
• Dark loading screen

Technical Changes

• Added options.txt to exe
• Instead of {userappdata}, its C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft, because Inno Setup's {userappdata} was Application Data

Resource pack

I have made a resource pack that compliments Limatus. It's main feature is that it's title background is the same as the actual title background. This means you won't see a flash from the default title screen to Limatus'. It has a Lapis Lazuli accent with dark by default
