wallet not synced and sent my coins over to the wallet address

Hello, the same problem! The wallet is not synchronized after the download. Sent coins to it, thought it would help, but coins did not come, where they are now - unknown. What to do? How to solve this problem???

u mean use the step in this video do download and updated the walled and syinc them as well.
I follow all the step and it work but i couldn't put my EMB address because i don't know how to find it since the cryptopia is not allowed me to copy my address.
