The GNU C compiler, which is available through MinGW on Windows
Windows
git clone https://github.com/EmperorPenguin18/assembler
cd assembler
make release
And then add the binary to your PATH
Linux
git clone https://github.com/EmperorPenguin18/assembler
cd assembler
make release
make install #as root
assembler FILEIN FILEOUT
The output can be imported into a memory component in Logisim-evolution
