MetarJ is a project of Java library used to decode and encode weather report from text METAR/SPECI format, like METAR LKPR 281330Z 25013KT CAVOK 22/12 Q1013 NOSIG into set of objects, and back.
Current implementation support encoding/decoding of EU reports, US reports, canadien reports and russian reports.
