Deprecated; machine contains code to handle scikit learn algorithms in a standard way.

The available algorithms are defined in the initial configuration file, dockers\dbmongo\projects.json.
The specific algorithms defined for a particular machine instance are defined in a config file for the machine instance, config\machine_config.json
Documentation is in config\readme.md
