[cocos2d] add SkeletonRenderer::setSlotRange(startSlot, endSlot) to render only slots in that range #1075

This can be used to separate rendering front and back parts of a skeleton ala Unity's SkeletonRendererSeparator. See http://esotericsoftware.com/forum/Cocos2dx-Skeleton-Render-Separator-for-Cocos2dx-9900
