When the XeroReportExporter2.java job fails, call a new MarkExportFailed command in Web & Auth that:

  • adds an INTEGRATIONSMESSAGE action with the error message to the report
  • queue onyx updates to display a RBR on the report for admins
  • set an exportFailed rNVP we can use for fetching errors on the report
