Tests

1. Open a chat conversation with User B that has a scrollable history.
2. Copy the link to a comment in the middle or around the middle of the chat.
3. User A opens another chat, sends the link, and taps the link to navigate to the comment.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the chat conversation.
5. With User B, send any message to the chat.
6. Notice that after User A receives new messages, the chat doesn't scroll to the linked message.
