The old "Capability & Maturity table" has been removed from all Cookbook recipes, incl guidance on how to create them in the recipe template. Instead, updated guidance should be provided for the new maturity model. The best place for this is probably section 5.7, in light of the discussion from the Bookdash 17 (25 May 2022) about contextualising which parts of a recipe contribute to the fulfilment of which indicators.
