Wrong version #4
Comments
Since all -300s were chenged to either the PW4156A or the GE over time, it doesn't matter. Unless you want to make alone four version of the -324 with all the engines used over time. |
On a second thought: What the heck, if you like her better with the older 4152, just build it in, she should be able to fly nicely with those too, only a little bit weaker. So you copy the -324 in a -325 and we have 5 variants, I do the same when I come around to the CC5 variant of the Canadian military. Are you going to expand the changes in AP, FDM and so on I have made to the other variants (-204, -222, -308)? I didn't get around to it yet and I have also some other planes crying for attention on my desk. |
See my email dated 21Nov15. I prefer CC-150 Polaris variant to have correct engines used by Canadian government for VIP transportation. |
My idea is just have either correct engines or a correct version,in my case Regards 2015-11-22 7:40 GMT+01:00 David Waggoner, PhD notifications@github.com:

@DavidBerkut: What speaks against having the -324 AND the -325? |
Oh! Oh! Bizjet? And Catalina? Cool! So, is there a Catalina USA TOUR leg? :) |
I have said nothing, Lego blush and the charter jet leg was already announced yesterday after we flew the helicopters ;-). |
@JWocky : I'm fully ok with that idea,to have both versions,I mean why Regards 2015-11-22 20:34 GMT+01:00 legoboyvdlp notifications@github.com:

One more thing,is there a normal painkit for the A310? And does anyone have Regards 2015-11-22 20:46 GMT+01:00 David Todorovic david.todorovicc@gmail.com:

Not me, I do FDMs and systems only. No graphic work with my bad eyes, nobody knows how that would end up. |
Haha, JWOCKY. |
@JWocky No rush on the engines. She's flyable as is. I'm more concerned about the FDM problems like the rolling behavior when on the ILS glideslope. Makes her nearly impossible to land. And also the balance problem/center of gravity issue needs to be resolved. |
@DavidBerkut Last night I was checking the FG livery page for the A310. No one has painted any liveries for the aircraft other than the ones that are included with the model. |
FG Livery database is no longer a complete reference for anything. |
David, when did you update the last time and from which branch .. she doesn't roll on ILS anymore since more than a week in "quickfixes" |
master branch is updated with quickfixes too ;) ... the important thing is that he rolls with FGMEMBERS' version as oppose to other zip around |
I'm working on the A310,to correct some tings around it.
There's one slightly wrong thing...
There are 4 versions of it in the package,
A310-204
A310-222
A310-308
A310-324
And all corresponding engines,
CF-6 80 C2A2
CF-6 80 C2A8
PW 4156A
PW JT9D 7R4E1
But,the error is this,PW4156A was used on A310-325,not 324.
-325 was certified in March 1992.
-324 certified in May 1987. Engine,PW4152.
