UI - Category Page - view Overview and Related Data Entities without tabs #337

As a Data Analyst I want to see related entities without clicking over to another tab so I can quickly see data related to a Category

Acceptance Criteria

  • Tab control is removed from Category Page
  • Contents of Related Data Entities tab appears on Category Page below the description
  • If the description is longer than five lines, truncate display and show 'View more' in lower right corner of description display
