Cleanup scilab-adv-cli instances on shutdown.

When a user clicks on simulate, scilab-adv-cli is started. When SendLog.py is stopped, these instances of scilab-adv-cli should also be stopped.

Currently, these instances can keep running even when SendLog.py is stopped.
