Upgrade mxgraph to a recent version and test its working.

Recommend the most suitable version. It need not be the latest one.

We are using mxgraph for the canvas elements.

Filename: webapp/mxClient.min.js
Our version: 1.10.4.1 (with some modifications)
Latest version: 3.9.12 as of 14th December, 2018
Site: https://jgraph.github.io/mxgraph/

Check if the modifications done in local code are required.
