f257ff2 
proto_redistnum() now accepts full protocol strings and not partial
names per FRRouting#10

When 'no rpki' is requested and the rtrlib RPKI object was freed, bgpd
is crashing.

Linux RT table can be created before it is assigned and remains after it
is unassigned.

Do not release the table at VRF disabling but change the owner to the
default VRF. At VRF enabling, change the table owner to the VRF.

Linux RT table can be created before it is assigned and remains after it
is unassigned.

Do not release the table at VRF disabling but change the owner to the
default VRF. At VRF enabling, change the table owner to the VRF.

Root Cause:

This issue arises because the "source->source_channel_oil" pointer is deleted
within the "igmp_source_forward_stop()" API.
However when the igmp_source_delete function in pimd/pim_igmpv3.c at line 340
is called, it attempts to reference the "source->source_channel_oil" pointer,
which now containes garbage value.

Fix:
----
After deletion of "source_channel_oil" in igmp_source_forward_stop() API,
it is necessary to set the "source->source_channel_oil" pointer to NULL
value.
This will prevent any issue that could arise from referencing in future.

Configuring the same in vtysh configure interactive mode works properly.
When using "vtysh -f", the northbound compatible configuration is
committed together whereas, in interactive mode, it committed line by
line. In the first situation, in validation state nb_running_get_entry()
fails because the area not yet in running.

Do not use nb_running_get_entry() northbound validation state.

Configuring the same in vtysh configure interactive mode works properly.
When using "vtysh -f", the northbound compatible configuration is
committed together whereas, in interactive mode, it committed line by
line. In the first situation, in validation state nb_running_get_entry()
fails because the area not yet in running.

Do not use nb_running_get_entry() northbound validation state.
