- Add cran-comment.md
- Update NEWS.md
- Update DESCRIPTION: remove VignetteBuilder (as we don't build them anymore)
- Build README.md
- Update WORDLIST and fix spelling mistakes.
- Move Rmd & html to '/vignettes/articles'
- Update '.Rbuildignore' and 'gitignore'
