• To recreate disproportionality analysis download data from Khaleel et al., 2022 (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35326898/)
  • First use the script create_contingency.py in the disprop folder
  • Second use the script create_disprop.py in the disprop folder
