Win-CodexBar 0.26.0

Windows/Tauri port of upstream CodexBar 0.26.0.

What's new

  • Added AWS Bedrock monthly spend tracking through AWS Cost Explorer with SigV4 request signing.
  • Added optional CODEXBAR_BEDROCK_BUDGET support for Bedrock budget display.
  • Added OpenRouter /api/v1/key daily, weekly, and monthly API key spend windows.
  • Updated Moonshot / Kimi API balance parsing for international and China API regions, voucher balance, cash balance, and deficit state.
  • Updated app, CLI, package, Tauri, README, and changelog metadata to 0.26.0.

Windows validation

  • Ran Windows Tauri production build successfully.
  • Ran silent installer smoke test successfully: install, installed file hash, registry entry, Start Menu shortcut, and uninstall.
  • Launched the Windows portable executable and verified the codexbar process stayed responsive.
  • Microsoft VC++ Runtime and WebView2 bootstrapper dependencies were downloaded and signature-verified as Microsoft-signed before building the installer.
