Won`t launch programs

It launch the program in the background (probably) but it only shows the Steam logo with the ring spinning like if it's still loading the program.

I am currently working on fixing this. For now, a workaround is to delete both "QuickLaunch" Shortcuts created (there being a duplicate is what breaks things), holding down the Power Button and hitting "Restart Steam Client".
