Tab bar settings are rewriting to JavaScript. Because of this, some bugs relate to tab are fixed.

Workspaces label names Show/Un show toggle is added at Floorp's workspace preferences page.

- Some bugs are related to Workspaces are fixed.
- Workspaces default name is cannot rename from other workspace. This bug is fiexd.
- Multi-row tabs has no capability with Lepton when Floorp is compact mode. This bug is fixed.
- Fixed some bugs relate to Fluerial & GnomeUI.
