Top-Level "Instances" View

Description

As a user of FlowForge,
I want to be able to get quick access to my Node-RED Instances running in FlowForge Cloud
So that I don't have to keep wasting clips when using FlowForge.

With the introduction of "Applications" in FlowForge 1.5.0, we made "Instances" more clicks away from the user from the top-level Team Overview screen. This will undoubtedly cause frustration, and whist hierarchically, this makes sense, as we will soon support multiple instances per Application, this Story attempt to solve this issue by using hte same model we currently use for "Devices" - adding an "Instances" view at the top-level.

Which customers would this be availble to

All Users, (CE)

Acceptance Criteria

Must Have:

• "Instances" option add to the Side navigation
• "Instances" view shows all instances available in FlowForge for that Team
• The "Instances" table also includes which Application each of the given Instances belong to.

Nice to Have:

• The ability to "Create Instance" from the "Instances" view, then select a pre-existing Application in the "Create Instance" page
