handbook.njklayouthandbook.njktemplate to be less Handbook-specific, is now driven from anavz property set in bothhandbook.jsonanddocs.jsonnavcollection generator so that we can create bothhandbookanddocsnavigation options at compile-time.Related Issue(s)
