Added FolksRouterClient. The client supports both mainnet and testnet. The client also supports API key usage. In particular:

Can call fetchSwapQuote and receive a quote and transaction payload needed to get swap transactions
Can call prepareSwapTransactions using a given quote and receive an array of unsigned transactions needed to execute swap

Also created an example usage for client


          Can fetch and prepare swap
