Completed the mapping of these tables:

batch
batches
diagnosis
drug
measure
medical
medication
person
phenotype
snp_genotype
visit

Missing the following tables:

samples: More info is required from the bioinformaticans. Might join the info into the batch structure

Tables that will be ignored:

checked_phenotype
pca
phenotype_views
pseudo_autosomal
snp_annotation: We'll use the dbSNP instead to map this table
version
