Logged out users in 'Full-screen view' cannot tell which organism they are browsing. There is not a label to let them know.
Logged in users can see the name from the 'Annotator Panel'.
We need a label under the tab 'Genome', or a label next to the word genome, to let users know which genome they are looking at. Perhaps something like the WormBase customization @enuggetry showed us in the JBrowse mailing list.
I would really like this to exists for 2.0.3. But I'm flexible to 2.0.4... if we really, really need to..
