In add track widget, adapterType can't be changed #2689

If you're adding a track in the add track widget and try to manually choose the adapter type, it doesn't work. For example, in the below, if you try to choose anything under "Select an adapter type", it stays as "VcfTabixAdapter".

is this meant to be in jbrowse-components? i made a PR here that could help https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-components/pull/2688/files
