Following #3388 and #3478, we're in a good place to add more advanced search parameters. The remaining list should all be possible without any changes to the materialized views or underlying database.

Parameters

fy_end_date

Fiscal year end date. We allow a search by fiscal year, but not by the fiscal year end date. This matters for determining things about timeliness. E.g. to search by 12/31 vs 6/30.

Reference in intake-to-dissemination.

type_requirement

Findings column C: "Type requirements". This probably wants to be a checklist since there's a limited set of options.

entity_type

entity_type from the eligibility form. State, local, tribal, etc. We could include a public/non-public option for tribal, but it's not clear this is needed and would add complexity to the search interface.

report_id

This one is more straightforward!

ein/uei modifier

We already support an EIN/UEI parameter, but we could add a modifier to specify primary, additional, or both. Or go with two separate fields: one for primary and another for additional, which gives us the both option for free.
