As a follow up to the EH24 COOP exercise, the question was raised as to the Essential Personnel listing for TTS Tech Ops MEF's DNS and Cloud Management.

• Investigate Essential Personnel assignment process
• Ensure that it is assigned to @JJediny and @MichaelSides

There is no mention of DNS nor Cloud Management, however TTS Tech Ops Primary and Secondary POC's are identified and will be matched up based on the most recent EH COOP exercise. New task to update this Playbook NLT end of this week. Ref Issue #1757

9/11/24: Supporting MEF functions, such as DNS and Cloud Mgmt, fell outside the scope of #1757 and will continue to be tracked here.

If these two functions are indeed part of the TTS Tech Ops Rotation duties and added/included in the SOP, then we will need to discuss how those privs are disseminated (or not) within Tech Ops.
