Baubles batpacks adds alternate versions of IC2 and Gravisuite Battery Backpacks that work in baubles belt slots. If you use baubles expanded, they will go in a special slot.
Battery packs also have 2x the capacity of traditional batpacks. Packs support armor and held tool charging, as well as charging from charge-pads while in bauble slots!
