Galactica Guardians SDK v1.10.0 — Duplicate Personal Data Check for ZK KYC

What's Changed

  • Added a check in the ZK KYC issue process to detect if a person with the same personal data already exists in the registry (with a different holder commitment). If a duplicate is found, an error cmd.ErrSaltIncompatibe is returned.
