Add an option to RSVP with name and email without logging in

I use GatherPress as a meetup organizer, and I would like to have an option to let attendees RSVP just with name and email without loggin in, so RSVP would be easier to them.

Hello.

@mauteri and me had similar thoughts in the past and were laying the groundwork for your idea in #687

Advantages:

Does not need a user-account to RSVP

While the first (technical) steps were made in #692 , GatherPress still has no UI or frontend blocks to achieve this nicely.
