NEW workflow to Check if there are typos in the source code

This PR introduces an automated spell check test for en-us. This should help avoiding repetitive code-reviews according to wrong spelling, like @mauteri had to do just recently in #812

Take a look at the workflow @mauteri please.
It took me some trial and error to find the correct syntax, but I think now it is fine.

After we fixed all the existing spelling errors, we are good to go and can merge this.
