DS won't go into sleep mode when ds is closed #286

For some unknown reason when GBArunner2 is on the ds wont go into sleep mode when I close my ds and I have no idea why. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Sleep mode is not implemented yet.

Looks like this maybe a target for v3 based on https://github.com/Gericom/GBARunner3/blob/develop/docs/Technical%20Reference%20Manual/main.tex ?
