Something current docs lack:

  • non-empty README;
  • end-to-end example for a simple API (e.g. todo service API);
  • explain how to use the package (e.g. Monoid instances, lenses, generic schemas);
  • probably more documentation for internal modules.

Use date-time format for ZonedTime (GetShopTV#20)
1357ab9 
Previously ToParamSchema ZonedTime instance used custom format instead
of OpenAPI default "date-time".

Partially fixes GetShopTV#16.
