Or a general license text. Would be cool as without it we got the general
"this is society and society is bullshit and so the default modus is fucked up for everyone"
situation in this regard.

I didn't see the LICENSE in the past it every github project had some associated
to it, but now it's not easily visible as it once was. So when someone like me
who is not demented and actually working as a programmer can't judge
the actual legal situation of the project then how should someone else
who just happens to know some clever lawyers and who has also
the tendency to make other people cry?
