Problem

cant get the connect.sid variable to work in postman.

Resolution

In the Postman desktop app, must the tryhacke.com domain be whitelisted in order to use the connect.sid cookie.
In order to do this follow these steps:

  • go to a request
  • just below send click on Cookies
  • in the Cookies window click on Whitelist Domains on the bottom left
  • add tryhackme.com to the list
