Meta Quest: Show the splash screen in passthrough if environment blend mode isn't opaque #194

For Meta Quest, if the environment blend mode in project settings isn't opaque, this will add an entry to the AndroidManifest.xml which will show the splash screen in passthrough, if the user is launching the app from passthrough.

This can prevent the headset needlessly switching from passthrough, to VR, back to passthrough when launching an MR app.
