* Add devcontainer spec from codespaces generator I started a codespace and used the VSCode devcontainer generator to generate the devcontainer.json, reinstall-cmake.sh, and Dockerfile. * Add uuid-dev in Dockerfile --------- Co-authored-by: Dathan Bennett <dathanb@netflix.com>
