[Feature]: Curious if reactor changes face shape?

Feature description

From what I understand, it masks the face and changes what is "on" the face, but does not adjust the face shape. Do you think this could be done?

I think this could be an interesting way to make swaps more realistic and convincing. Also to be able to use swaps on faces that have dissimilar face shapes.

for me an option is
ADetailer
"40yo woman, (wrinkle:0.5), (freckles:0.5), smile"
(you can modify)
and than reactor !

some times the faces are to large, at the moment no option to resize ?!?
