⚠️ Caution ⚠️ Included migration code to forced withdrawal
This version contains a migration code that removes all states of the liquidity module with forced withdrawal for all pool coins as a preparation to remove the module, please be careful to use it, see this PR #30 for more information
The ConsensusVersion of the module has increased from 2 to 3, so the migration of the above content could be automatically performed from a UpgradeHandler through RunMigrations
