…derConfigurator. Implement all its methods on IWebSocketProviderConfigurator. Inheriting provider-specific configurator must implement and delegate its methods. We get a simpler configuration story. Since the WebSocket does not act as an actual provider (it never was), remove all the tests, which are equivalent to Gremlin Server anyway.
