BitBetter: update build.sh / update-bitwarden.sh

Bitwarden has changed the way they report version numbers for
self-hosted installations.

Fixes jakeswenson#134

Credit to @Ayitaka for the fix

Tested and Verified, Updated install to 1.47.1
