Examples:

With a directory called 'frames' that contains two files, 'data00.txt' and 'data01.txt' (assume the contents of these files is valid output data).

/toplevel <-- PWD
/frames
    data00.txt
    data01.txt

/toplevel <-- PWD
  /frames

      data01.txt
      /output
          data00.json
          data01.json
          frames.json

Using the plotter:

After running the above example and moving into the output directory.

rayleigh plot data00.json -w --no-view

Results in a directory called 'plots' that contains a file called 'data00.json.png'.

/toplevel
  /frames
      data00.txt
      data01.txt
      /output <-- PWD
          data00.json
          data01.json
