Critical exception when configuring an ABB controller in Grasshopper #107
Comments
After few check it seems to be related to this issue : https://github.com/HALRobotics/HAL.McNeel/issues/373 |
Thank you for your feedback Tristan. Unfortunately your link does not work |
This appears to be that the ABB PCSDK is not installed. Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the ABB extension through the HAL installer and ensuring that the PCSDK installer runs to completion? |
Yes, avoiding the PCSDK and using RWS instead is definitely a valid option (and I personally default to RWS). As you have RobotStudio installed, you could try uninstalling the RobotCommunication Runtime 6.05 that we provide. It's possible that there is a conflict between it and the latest versions of RobotStudio. |
Hi everyone, when I try to use an ABB controller it gives me an error message.
I have installed RobotStudio.2021.1.2 with RobotWare 6.12
I have a version of Hal 1.3.33 Beta
Thanks
