The first screenshot has the site name in the system-ui font, although that code is not included in this PR. Reasoning is that my system doesn't have the default UNIT3D font and the one it uses to replace is shifted ever so slightly upwards, which you can see in the remaining screenshots. I chose to keep the font untouched as most sites probably want to use their own font anyways.
Proper theming will be added in a future PR to match the current stylesheets.
This new top navigational bar is responsive, and should work for mobiles, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
